Our Service Guarantee
All of our services are guaranteed to be completed to a level satisfactory to the client, within the scope of what the package includes. Please ensure to thoroughly read and understand the inclusions of each package. If at any point you have any questions or would like clarification on a service/package, please contact us!
Prior to any service, we do a walkaround of the vehicle to inspect the initial condition, identify problem areas, and set expectations for the final outcome. This is a crucial step for any professional detailing service to ensure both the client and the service provider have a mutual understanding of what can and cannot be accomplished with a reconditioning or protection package. This usually takes only a few minutes of your time prior to the appointment!
Expectations & Check-In
When you arrive for your appointment, we will inspect the vehicle with you present to ensure the package(s) chosen are applicable to the vehicle’s condition, and that your expectations are heard and managed to a reasonable degree. Every vehicle is different, and it is important to ensure the package chosen works for yours!
At this time, we will go over any damage, imperfections, defects, stains, and other points of concern. We will establish what we are able to remedy with our services, and may recommend repair or replacement for things we cannot. It is important to note that auto detailing is a *reconditioning* service, not repair. Things such as scratches past the clear coat, rust, dents, damage, missing components, rips, burns, etc, cannot be fixed with detailing and will be avoided during the service.
A flat rate deposit, not including GST, is applicable to all standard interior, exterior, and combination services.
A deposit of 50% of the total quoted price, not including GST, is applicable to all ceramic/nano coating, paint protection film, and vinyl wrap services.
All deposits are due within three (3) days of the date the service is initially booked. If the deposit is not received within three days, the quoted price and appointment date/time are forfeit by the client.
Deposits may be made in the following ways:
– Online Payment – VIA the invoice sent by email to the email address given by the client at time of booking
– Credit Card VIA telephone – please call 780-217-2621 during business hours to process payment
– Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card in person – please visit us during business hours to process payment
– E-Transfer – send payment to email@example.com and include your first/last name in the message
Payment of the deposit is a mutual agreement between the service provider and the client, to ensure the vehicle is made available to the service provider on-time and in the agreed/mentioned condition, per the original service booking intake. The service provider agrees to have the location, equipment, materials, and all other products available on-time and complete the work to the agreed/mentioned condition, per the original service booking intake. If the vehicle is found to be in a condition not as described in the original service booking intake, the service provider reserves the right to amend and adjust the original quote/service to one that reflects the actual condition of the vehicle. This may result in the need to re-book the appointment, pending time constraints and other upcoming appointments. If the client declines the updated quote/service and does not come to a mutual agreement with the service provider, the deposit is forfeit by way of false pretenses upon initial service booking intake. Please ensure you have been honest and factual with the condition of your vehicle prior to selecting a service or describing a condition to the service provider.
Deposit Refund Terms
Clients will be given a grace period of 24 hours from the time the service was initially booked, to cancel their appointment without penalty. If more than 24 hours since booking has passed, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE as preparations to have the materials/products necessary for the service have already been initiated/ordered by this point.
If the vehicle is not made available for a pre-booked appointment in which a deposit has been made, the total deposit amount, less a 20% no-show fee, will be retained for 30 days. The client may reschedule their appointment within these 30 days. If no attempt to reschedule is made during this time, the remainder of the deposit shall become void.
In the event of a chargeback of the deposit with the client’s banking institution, this contract shall be provided to the institution as proof and evidence as a legally binding agreement.
By completing an online booking, the client hereby agrees and consents to the terms listed above, agrees to receive electronic communications regarding their service/appointment from the service provider, and understands the terms listed above in their entirety.
