Please be advised, all of our Book Online auto detail appointments are subject to a flat rate deposit. The amount of each deposit varies pending the total cost of the service or package selected. We will email you an invoice payable online with Credit Card or Debit Visa. We also accept e-transfer and PayPal to firstname.lastname@example.org. For e-transfer and PayPal payment methods, please include your appointment details in the “Message” section for to ensure we attach your payment to your account.
Use of and/or booking services with Pinup’s Detailing herein acknowledges acceptance to the following terms and conditions.
Clients should remove any belongings/valuables prior to service. Pinup’s takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your property during a detail, however we cannot be held liable for damage/loss to belongings and/or accessories during a service.
All services are performed at the customers’ own risk. It is a mutual understanding between Pinup’s and clients that the vehicle will be able to withstand the normal cleaning/refurbishing processes.
The time frames for services are an estimate. We cannot guarantee a firm time frame as every vehicle may have different processes or requirements.
Every effort will be made to maintain the appointment date/time chosen by the client, however in some cases (technical error, emergency, etc) your appointment may need to be adjusted. Pinup’s will make the client aware at their earliest convenience and make every attempt to fit the client in at a convenient time for them.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason deemed harmful, detrimental, or otherwise necessary.
We have a zero tolerance policy for abuse towards staff or our clients. Pinup’s reserves the right to immediately terminate any service in progress or cancel future appointments to abide by this policy.
We reserve the right to charge an hourly rate for services above and beyond the original agreed service due to misrepresentation. Surcharges and fees may be charged for vehicles with excessive trash/belongings, pet hair, sap, mud, dirt, oil, leaks, stains, and hazardous/bio-hazardous waste including but not limited to urine, blood, vomit, mold, feces, gasoline, etc.
Price listings are an average starting rate and not set as “firm” quotes. Accurate quotes can be provided in-person or by direct contact only.
Waivers, inspection forms, and/or release forms may be requested in accordance with local laws. Your personal information will never be shared beyond Pinup’s unless you choose to receive recognition for photos.
Deposits are due within 24 hours of invoice receipt. Failure to complete deposit within 24 hours will result in automatic cancellation of booking
Deposit amount will be applied to total invoice upon completion of service – only total owing less the deposit will be charged to you
Failure to provide a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellations or adjustments will result in forfeit of deposit. Exceptions may be made in the case of emergency, injury, loss of use of vehicle, etc. Please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss reschedule or refund. Failure to attend appointment booking for reasons other than genuine emergency situations will result in forfeit of deposit.
Failure to book the appropriate package for your vehicle (example – Quartz (basic) interior package for a vehicle heavily soiled/pet hair/extreme contamination/etc) will result in forfeit of your deposit if the proper package & pricing is declined by the client. Please ensure to thoroughly read and understand the inclusions of our packages and note that ALL prices are STARTING AT, and vary on the size and condition of your individual vehicle. If you are unsure of the proper package or would like a more accurate quote, please call or stop in for an inspection and estimate.
All deposit payments are processed securely using only verified providers. VIA the booking tool, we accept Credit Card or Debit Visa, PayPal, or E-Transfer. Deposits may be made at our shop VIA cash, credit, debit, or cheque as well.
Pinup’s Detailing respects your privacy. We do not store any banking information, card numbers (unless requested), or any other personal information beyond your name, phone number, and email address. This information is NOT sold or transferred to any third parties and remains in our secure, encrypted system.
For your convenience, we also offer payment of services online for all service types. Pre-payment will result in automatic confirmation of booking. Please make a note in your booking request should you wish to pay up-front, and we will provide an invoice to do so.
All final payments are due upon pick-up of the vehicle unless otherwise outlined in a service contract (fleet/dealer accounts, or card-on-file). No exceptions will be made under any circumstance – the vehicle will be held until payment is received.
